Tracy Mak was the first in Asia to become a certified Head Judge under the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF) in 2017. She was also the Head of Ethics Committee within the IPSF and has contributed to the development of its Code of Points & Rules and Regulations from 2015 to 2019. IPSF has been recognized by the International Olympics Committee (IOC) as the official governing body of pole and aerial sports in the world.

Workshop Description: Tracy is well-known in the industry as one of the most experienced Pole and Aerial Competition Judge, having been the Head Judge at major International Pole and Aerial competitions around the world over the last 10 years. She will be sharing her experience from the lens of both a judge as well as a coach to help participants better understand and prepare for their next competition. She will also answer your burning questions around competition judging if you aspire to be one!

Workshop 2: Magical Active Splits Workshop

Tier & Level: Tier A - Open (Beginner to Intermediate)

Workshop Description: It's actually nothing magical, despite how some students call Tracy's flexibility classes. This workshop is suitable for all levels of flexibility as variations will be provided to each individual, whether you're still working on your splits or over splits. The focus is on strengthening the key muscle group, mobilising joints and learning to go further, safer. It will be 90 minutes of gooey stretches that will give you sustainable flexibility. Come dressed warm in layers, bring socks or sliders but not compulsory.
