Tiffany has been passionate about dance since childhood and graduated from Guangxi National Dance School. In 2007, she earned a 200-hour teaching certification from the Yoga Alliance in the US. In 2015, she founded TT Fly Station in Hong Kong, focusing on aerial yoga and aerial dance. Since then, she has pursued advanced training in aerial arts with international instructors. She became the brand ambassador for Rikel, an aerial hammock brand, in 2015 and held her first personal aerial dance workshop in China, training over 4,000 people across various regions.

In 2016, Tiffany launched the first global teacher training course for aerial dance, conducting over 40 sessions in Asia with 1,200 graduates. She earned Level 1 and 2 Aerial Physique instructor certifications in the US in 2017. The following year, she started the TT Fly Cloud Stage International Aerial Arts Training Academy in Shenzhen, making it a key teaching center for Aerial Physique in Greater China and a registered training center for the American Circus Alliance's safety certification. In 2018, she became the Chief Instructor and Examiner for Aerial Physique in Greater China.

In 2019, she was the Chair of Judges for the Asian Aerial Arts Competition in Thailand. In 2021, she opened the Beast Aerial Yoga Fitness Center in Nanning. In 2022, she founded the Hong Kong Aerial Dance Arts Association and became its President to promote international aerial arts exchange. That year, she also opened the Beast Aerial Yoga Fitness Center in Hong Kong and another one in Zhuhai.
