TAO Dance Arts is a place first and foremost to revel in the joy of having a body and being human. We offer Aerial, Pole and Movement arts as part of this mission to persons of all ages and we hope to spread the vision that lifting yourself and transporting your body as well as your mind to the intersection where fitness meets artistry is a joy and privilege with the ultimate goal of making the world a better place by elevating the individual.
