Bungee Workout

Bungee Workout is the newest low-impact high-intensity training to come to our shores! It is a mix of dance and fitness as well as acrobatic fun! 

Students are harnessed to a bungee cord suspended from the ceiling and use this to perform cool leaps and hangs. There are various bungee cords provided, based on a person's weight, height, and strength.

 

Bungee Workout 60 minutes 3 credits (senior instructor), 2 credits (junior instructor),

*Wear comfortable clothing that covers the thighs. Harness and cushioned pants will be provided. No shoes are required.
