A traditional circus act that involves lifting and balancing, Acro Adagio aims to give students a fun and unique workout that can be practiced in pairs or groups, with real team spirit involved! Acrobalance poses and associated movements are carried out with students trying out the roles of base and/or flier; using each other to carry out acrobatic tricks based on strength, balance and communication.
